How Balance Works:
Balance provides a potent blend of several key nutrients crucial to nearly every system in the body:

Directions:
Balance is made for convenience and can be adapted to suit your taste, giving you the perfect high-energy nutritional boost before exercise.

For exercise, sports, or yoga, drink Balance with water or juice at least 90 minutes before physical activity.
For daily energy, health, or hunger satiation: consume Balance before, during, or after meals, or in place of snacking.
Dissolve contents of each packette into 2-6 ounces of water, juice, tea, smoothie, or other foods such as yogurt.
Shake or stir vigorously to completely dissolve.
Balance may be combined with Vitality at any time in the day for a convenient single dose.
