The Ultimate Travel Mat
Tired of lugging a bulky yoga mat to and from class? Want to practice yoga on a business trip or vacation?
This elegant natural rubber mat is the ultimate solution.
Weighing in at only 2lbs, the eKO SuperLite Mat folds up to fit easily in your travel bag, suitcase or purse.
Nothing was compromised in its design: not only is it the ultimate travel mat, it's also highly functional AND biodegradable.
The eKO SuperLite Mat provides superior grip on both hard surfaces AND carpet. And even though it's made of biodegradable natural rubber, it won’t flake or fade during its lifetime.
Green Standards
The eKO SuperLite will leave no footprint in landfills, and is perfect for living your commitment to a healthy planet.
Not only is it made from sustainably-harvested tree rubber, the foaming agents used to create the eKO SuperLite are non-toxic (unlike other rubber mats available today).
What this means is that no toxic chemicals have gone into the manufacturing process to soften rubber; and therefore, when the eKO SuperLite mat is disposed of and biodegrades, it will not leave behind a toxic residue.
This commitment to nature extends to the core of the mat: instead of using synthetic polyester for reinforcement, this sturdy but lightweight mat has a core blend of polyester and natural cotton.
Dual Layer Technology for optimal combination of grip, durability & slip-resistance.
Grip & Durability (Top Layer): ‘Orange Peel’ surface texture is naturally grippy, closed cell keeps out moisture (sweat) from seeping into the mat and breeding bacteria for better durability.
Stretch-resistant Scrim: Made from biodegradable cotton and polyester blend; Binds top/bottom layer together with heating process, eliminating need for toxic glues.
Natural & Biodegradable: Made from biodegradable, non-Amazon-harvested tree rubber with non-toxic foaming agents and non-AZO dyes.
