Ambassadors are an integral part of the YogaEarth community. From yogis to runners, hikers, skiers and rock climbers these individuals have helped us develop functional products that taste great and provide optimal fuel the conscious lifestyle of our community members. Ambassadors also play a huge role in sharing YogaEarth with their community members, helping to spread awareness of YogaEarth and each new product.
This year, to show our appreciation for their valuable support of YogaEarth, we will be featuring one of our ambasadors here on our blog as well as in our newsletter and social media channels every week. By sharing some fun information and photos of each of them we hope to continue to spread the love and appreciation for these wonderful individuals.
Mary Beth LaRue:
About Mary Beth:
Mary Beth LaRue is a full-time yoga instructor and writer living out her dreams in Venice Beach. When she’s not teaching her classes at two local studios, the Down Syndrome Association or mental health rehabs, you’ll find her perusing the farmers’ market with her bulldog sidekick Rosy or writing at her favorite coffeeshop. MB’s mission is to inspire and elevate others to live their best life and to fully inhabit, enjoy, and heal their bodies and minds through asana, meditation, pranayama, and intention setting. Practice joy.
Writing in her favorite coffee shop, long walks with her pup, sunshine, new music, her yoga practice – whether in a studio or at home and conversations with her inspiring friends.
